Processing
If a customer needs a replacement for any order, they must first apply for a replacement within the replacement period.
Our team will receive your replacement query, and you will get all responses on your registered email ID.
The customer needs to provide the required details, and our team will verify the details and the problem.
During this process, you have to be patient. Once our team completes the verification process, your replacement will be delivered to you within 4–7 working days.
Once we verify the replacement, our team will arrange a pickup shipment to retrieve the product from the customer. After that, our team will check the product to ensure it is in its original condition, and then we will ship the replacement to the customer.

Condition
Customers can apply for a replacement only in the following cases:

  • If the customer receives a damaged, missing, or wrong product.
  • If the product is defective or not working.

Required Details
If a customer receives a damaged, missing, or wrong product, the following details are required:

  • A 360-degree clear and uncut unboxing video from each side to ensure the packet is not open from any side.
  • A clear video while opening the packet and product.
  • Clear pictures of the damaged part (if damaged).
  • All side images of the package and the item received.
  • Packaging label images.

If the product is defective or not working, the following details are required:

  • A clear video of the problem while using the product to demonstrate the issue.
  • Package image with the label.
  • The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it at delivery time.

Shipping
In case of replacement:

  • If the customer is not at fault, no shipping charges are required.
  • If the customer is at fault, a shipping fee of approximately ₹50–₹100 will need to be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Customers can claim a replacement only once.

If a customer is applying for a replacement due to a defective, not working, or wrong product case:

  • The customer needs to pack the item very safely using box wrap or other protective material.
  • The customer needs to send package images via email, where we approved the replacement, before handing it over to the pickup courier boy.

Timeline
Once our team verifies the application, the customer will receive the replacement within 4–7 working days.
