Processing
Our team will approve for return, no questions asked (only prepaid orders are eligible to apply).
If a customer wants to return the product for any reason, they must first apply for a return within the timeline.
Once approved, our team will share a shipping label through email to print and paste on the package.

Condition

  • The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it at delivery time.
  • Customers can claim a return within the timeline only.

Requirement

  • Require each side package image with label images to make sure the product was purchased through CarTrazi.
  • Product box & content images, which were received at delivery time.
  • Reason why the customer wants to return the product.

Payments

  • The refund amount will be credited once the seller receives the product in its original condition.
  • Any return payment will be processed into the CarTrazi wallet.
  • Withdrawal into a bank account will be available 6 months from the date of refund.

Shipping
If the customer is applying for a return:

  • The customer needs to pack the item very safely using bubble wrap or similar material.
  • The customer needs to send package images through email, where we approved the return beforehand, before handing it over to the courier boy.

Timeline
Once our team verifies the application, the customer needs to apply for the return within 3 working days.
